Jenna Dewan-Tatum New York Post

Jenna Dewan-Tatum was featured in a recent issue of the New York Post, talking family, fashion, and her new hit show ‘Witches of East End‘. In the article, which includes a beautiful new photo shoot by celebrity photo tag Randall Slavin, Jenna shares what it’s like playing free-spirited “Freya” on the Lifetime series.

Are there similarities between Jenna and the character she portrays? She tells the Post…

“I was not a wild child growing up…I was very committed, headstrong, and determined about dancing.”

On the fashion front…

“I was a very ‘of the moment’ trendy girl…I had some really ‘90s bad choices, like Doc Martens. And remember ‘No Fear’ T-shirts?”

Things have certainly changed over time though, because now Jenna describes her every day signature style as “edgy class with a little bit of sex”. She goes on to chat about husband Channing Tatum, explaining what it was like when they first started dating eight years ago while filming ‘Step Up‘…

“When we first started dating, I remember we would come down to rehearsals for Step Up in the same outfits. We hadn’t talked or anything, but we would come down and we’d both have on cargo pants and a white T-shirt, like, ‘Oh my God! How is this happening?’”
